Dom oversees every project on site, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety and quality throughout the build. With decades of construction experience behind him, he works closely with the team to make sure every detail is completed to the standard you'd expect.
Supporting them is a skilled in-house team specialising in structural construction, demolition, groundworks and steelwork, alongside a trusted network of local contractors and craftspeople. Dom brings more than a decade of hands-on building experience to every project. Known for his calm, practical approach and meticulous attention to detail, he oversees the day-to-day running of each build, ensuring work stays organised, safe and on schedule.
A qualified electrician by trade, Dom is involved from structural work through to the final finish. Clients value his honesty, reliability and the pride he takes in doing things properly. He is committed to delivering high-quality results that stand the test of time — and he always has time for a good cup of tea and a chat.
Ben heads up our structural team and brings more than 30 years of building industry experience to the role. A bricklayer by trade, he is known for his deep technical knowledge and calm, methodical approach.
From steel installations to complex structural solutions, Ben ensures every structural element is completed safely, accurately and to the highest standard. Clients trust him with the foundations and framework of their homes, and his commitment to doing things properly is second to none.
He is also known for bringing a friendly, relaxed energy to site — He also loves a good chat! Ben’s expertise and character make him an essential part of keeping every project standing strong from the ground up.
With decades of experience under his belt, Mac is our go-to expert for steels, structural work and the kind of technical know-how that only comes from years in the trade. Calm, steady and endlessly knowledgeable, he is the person the team turns to when big decisions — or big beams — need handling.
Mac brings a reassuring presence to every project, and thanks to his experience, there is very little he has not solved before. He brings old-school skill and confidence to every job — he really knows his onions!
Andy’s commitment, loyalty and work ethic are outstanding. Whether tackling demolition or stepping in wherever the team needs him, he brings the energy that keeps the whole site moving.
