Who We Work With

We can work with architects in several ways, depending on how you would like to manage your project:

• We can provide a price based on full building regulations plans prepared by your chosen architect.
• We can work alongside your chosen architect throughout the project if you wish to appoint them as the contract administrator.
• We can offer a full design-and-build service, working with our trusted network of local architects from the earliest stage to help shape the project from concept through to delivery.

We work with our trusted network of local interior designers in a way that suits your project. If you already have a chosen designer, we can review the design package and provide accurate pricing based on the information supplied.

Alternatively, we can provide a design-and-build service with our interior designers from the very beginning. Once you accept our quotation, we can include a complimentary two-hour consultation with our designers. During this session, we will discuss your preferred styles, priorities and motivations through a detailed questionnaire. Afterwards, we will provide a summary document that you can use as a starting point or develop further through our interior design service. Any additional design fees will be confirmed based on your requirements.

We work with local structural engineers who can provide the correct advice for your property, taking into consideration its existing structure and previous works carried out on your street. This support can cover planning-related matters, including Certificates of Lawfulness, Building Notices and Planning applications.

We can arrange structural drawings for renovation works such as wall removals, window and door openings, and Velux installations with the relevant building notice submission.
