Contemporary open space extension

In collaboration with St Albans architect Sheldon Peever Studio, we built a contemporary single-storey extension to create a new open-plan living space.

With a feature up-and-over glass window, the extension was finished with Accoya black cladding and aluminium coping and trims. Our expert team undertook extensive steel work for seamless glazing, with solar glass on the south-facing side to minimise heat gain and ensure comfort.

The new space was completed with a high-end kitchen and pantry from Tom Howley, and patio works with external lighting to complete the build.
